UppliftAI provides AI-assisted marketing tools and related web-based features, which may include Instagram analysis, growth reports, script generation, advertising guidance, creative assistance, and other marketing tools.

Features may change or improve over time.

You must be at least 18 years old to use UppliftAI.

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate account information
• keeping your login credentials secure
• activity performed through your account
• ensuring you have permission to use any business, social-media account, or content you connect or submit

You must not misuse, resell, improperly share, or attempt unauthorised access to another user's account.

UppliftAI may allow you to connect eligible Instagram or Meta accounts.

You must have authority to connect and use the account.

Your use of Instagram, Facebook, and other Meta services remains subject to Meta's own terms and policies.

UppliftAI does not control Meta's API availability, permissions, account restrictions, policy changes, or service interruptions.

UppliftAI uses artificial intelligence to generate certain reports, recommendations, scripts, advertising guidance, and creative content.

AI-generated output may contain errors, incomplete suggestions, or unsuitable recommendations.

You are responsible for reviewing content before using, publishing, advertising, or relying on it.

UppliftAI does not guarantee:

• followers or reach
• leads or enquiries
• sales or bookings
• advertising performance
• revenue or business growth
• viral performance
• approval by Meta or other third-party platforms
• any specific marketing result

Actual results depend on factors outside UppliftAI's control.

You retain ownership of content you submit to UppliftAI.

You give UppliftAI the limited permission necessary to store, process, analyse, and transmit that content only as required to provide the requested service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content.

You must not use UppliftAI to:

• break applicable laws
• commit fraud or impersonation
• infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights
• upload content you do not have permission to use
• bypass usage or subscription limits
• interfere with service security
• distribute harmful code
• conduct unauthorised scraping or access
• misuse connected third-party accounts

UppliftAI may offer free and paid plans.

Prices, plan limits, and billing frequency shown at checkout apply to the purchase.

Where auto-renewal is enabled, the subscription may renew until cancelled.

Cancellation stops future renewal unless otherwise stated.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

UppliftAI may rely on third-party services for hosting, payments, AI processing, authentication, analytics, storage, email delivery, Meta integrations, and other technical functions.

UppliftAI is not responsible for outages, restrictions, policy changes, or failures caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary due to:

• violation of these Terms
• fraud or abuse
• security risk
• unlawful activity
• non-payment
• misuse of UppliftAI or connected services

You may stop using UppliftAI at any time and may request account deletion through our Data Deletion process.

Your use of UppliftAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UppliftAI is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the service, reliance on AI-generated output, advertising decisions, third-party platform actions, or service interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms as UppliftAI, its features, or legal requirements change.

The updated effective date will be shown at the top of this page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory rights.
