• Reach, views, impressions, engagement, saves, shares, and other supported insights

The exact information available depends on Meta’s APIs, your account type, and the permissions you approve.

To maintain an authorised Instagram or Meta connection, UppliftAI may securely store access tokens or similar credentials required to communicate with supported APIs.

These credentials are used only to provide the connected features you request.

If you disconnect your connected account, UppliftAI will stop using that authorisation for future access.

UppliftAI does not ask you to provide your Instagram or Facebook password directly.

We may use your information to:

• Create and manage your UppliftAI account
• Connect supported Instagram and Meta accounts
• Analyse supported social-media information
• Generate audits, reports, growth plans, scripts, advertising guidance, and creative recommendations
• Save your projects and generated results

We do not sell your personal information or connected Instagram data to advertisers.

After deletion from active systems, residual copies may remain temporarily in secure backups for up to 90 days, unless longer retention is required by law.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal information and may disconnect supported third-party integrations.

Subject to applicable legal, security, accounting, or fraud-prevention requirements, deletion may include:

• Saved reports and projects

• Uploaded content
• Other account-linked information

Deleting your UppliftAI account does not delete your Instagram, Facebook, or Meta account.

UppliftAI may use essential cookies and similar technologies for login, security, preferences, and core website functionality.

Where enabled, analytics or advertising technologies may also be used to understand website usage and measure UppliftAI’s own marketing campaigns.

Where required by applicable law, appropriate consent controls may be provided.

UppliftAI is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.
