Data Deletion Instructions

UppliftAI respects your right to request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
If you want to delete your UppliftAI account or data connected to your Meta/Instagram account, you can submit a deletion request using the steps below.
1. How to Request Data Deletion

Please send the request from the email address associated with your UppliftAI account so we can reasonably verify account ownership.
2. What May Be Deleted
Subject to applicable legal or security requirements, deletion may include:
- Your UppliftAI account information
- Connected Instagram/Meta authorisations
- Stored access tokens associated with the connection
- Saved reports and projects
- Generated scripts, plans, and other account-linked content
- Uploaded content associated with your account
3. Instagram / Meta Connection
If you request deletion of connected Meta or Instagram data, UppliftAI will stop using the related authorisation for future access and remove applicable stored account connection data, subject to any information we are legally required to retain.
Deleting your UppliftAI data does not delete your Instagram, Facebook, or Meta account.
4. Processing Time
We will review verified deletion requests and process eligible deletion within a reasonable period.
Some residual information may remain temporarily in secure backups for up to 90 days, unless longer retention is required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
